Champions Challenge on Ten Sports

Mumbai: The six-nation Champions Challenge men’s hockey tournament, in which India is a participant, will be telecast live from Boom, Belgium by Ten Sports channel from June 23-July 1.

The telecast would begin with India’s tie against New Zealand on June 23 at 5 15 pm (IST), a release from the channel said on Thursday.

The Indian men’s team will be up against England, Argentina, Japan, New Zealand and hosts Belgium in the tournament whose winners would earn an entry into the elite Champions Trophy event.

The schedule: (all times IST): June 23: India v New Zealand (5 15 p.m.); June 23: England v Argentina (10 p.m.); June 24: India v England (10.15 p.m.); June 26: India v Belgium (10.30 p.m.); June 28: India v Argentina (8.15 p.m.); July 1: Placings (3rd v 4th) (6.30 p.m.); July 1: Final (9 p.m.). — PTI
