Suryachakra Power to go public

HYDERABAD: City-based Suryachakra Power Corporation is going public issuing 3.40 crore equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a premium for a price to be discovered through 100 per cent book-building process, according to a press release. The issue opens on June 25 and closes on June 29. The company owns, operates and maintains a 20 MW diesel-based power plant at Port Blair.
