Chidambaram car festival

CUDDALORE: A large number of devotees participated in the annual Aani Thirumanjanam car festival of Lord Nataraja temple at Chidambaram on Thursday. Five separate temple cars bearing the idols of Lord Nataraja, Goddess Sivakamasundari, Lord Ganesha, Lord Subramania and Chandigeswara were taken out in a procession.

Maha abhishekam will be performed to Lord Nataraja at Thousand Pillars Mandapam on Friday.
