Govt. to buy RBI’s stake in SBI

MUMBAI: The Central Government will buy Reserve Bank of India’s entire 59.7 per cent stake in State Bank of India for Rs 35,531.33 crore in cash on June 29, the bank said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
