BoI buys major stake in Indonesian bank

MUMBAI: Bank of India on Friday said it had acquired 76 per cent stake in Indonesia-based PT Bank Swadesi for an undisclosed amount. The bank has signed an acquisition deed for acquiring a majority stake in PT Bank Swadesi.
