GUNTUR: The general body meeting of the Guntur Municipal Corporation was put off by a day by Mayor Kanna Nagaraju on Friday. The Mayor cited the downpour as the reason for it. The Mayor called for a meeting of the floor leaders of various political parties and announced the decision to put off the council meet by a day. Meanwhile, Municipal Commissioner (in-charge) M.H. Shareef too called for a meeting of departmental heads and reviewed progress of various works in the corporation limits.
