Executive director of M.V.J. hospital

Bangalore: M.V.J. Medical College and Research Hospital has appointed P. Mohan Rao as its executive director from June 1. He helped the hospital start a trauma care unit and screened people aged above 15 in villages around Kolar and Hoskote for diabetes and hypertension. Dr. Rao was president of the Cardiological Society of India (Karnataka chapter) and president of the Association of Physicians of India (Karnataka chapter). — Staff Reporter
