First Leasing declares 22.5 per cent dividend

CHENNAI: First Leasing Company has reported a net profit of Rs. 25.36 crore for the year ended March 31, 2007 against Rs. 27.11 crore in the previous year. Total income has risen to Rs. 130.42 crore from Rs. 116.50 crore. Net earnings work out to Rs. 11.13 against Rs. 11.89 in the previous year. The directors recommended a dividend of 22.5 per cent.
