Sundararaja Iyengar dead

Sundararaja Iyengar
MYSORE: S. Sundararaja Iyengar (98), well-known advocate and a former president of the Mysore Bar Association, passed away here on Saturday after a brief illness.
He was reckoned to be the senior-most lawyer in the region who practiced till recently.
Mr. Iyengar began his career under well-known lawyer Srirangachar and started his independent practice in 1940.
He was appointed as notary in 1960 and thus was the first notary of Mysore.
The Mysore Bar Association has condoled his demise. The association suspended proceedings for the day as a mark of respect to their esteemed colleague.
He is survived by his wife, son and three daughters.
