Brahmins seek 10 p.c. reservation

HYDERABAD: The Brahmana Seva Sangha Samakhya has sought 10 per cent reservations for Brahmins, who number 90 lakh in the State, in education, employment and by political parties as the “community was becoming weak financially and socially”.

The demand was put forth in a representation to State BJP president B. Dattatreya by V. Ananda Suryna, president.
