Janata Dal (S) calls for public debate

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Janata Dal (Secular) has called for a public debate on the agreements reached by the Government and managements of self-financing colleges on admissions and fee structure. In a statement here on Saturday, party spokesperson Varghese George said that fees had gone up for various courses as a result of the agreement. This process of limiting professional education to the rich should be debated.
