NEW DELHI: The 24-year-old woman who jumped off the eighth floor of a building at Nehru Place here on Friday has been identified as Rajni. According to the police, Rajni’s grandmother allegedly caught her stealing the mobile phone of her maternal uncle and admonished her. An upset Rajni then decided to take the extreme step. A resident of Kotla Mubarakpur, Rajni had recently come to stay with her grandparents at Tehkhand. She leapt off a chamber on the eighth floor of Deepali Towers in Nehru Place on Friday evening.
