CHENNAI: CHENNAI: Southwest Monsoon has been vigorous over interior Karnataka and active over coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema and coastal Karnataka.Rainfall occurred at most places over Rayalaseema, Karnataka and Kerala, at many places over Coastal Andhra Pradesh and at a few places over Tamil Nadu and Lakshadweep. Isolated rainfall occurred over Telangana. FORECAST (valid until Tuesday morning): Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at most places over coatal Karnataka at many places over north coatal Andhra Pradesh, interior Karnataka and Kerala and at a few places over south Tamil Nadu, south coatal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Rayalaseema and Lakshadweep. Isolated rain or thundershowers are likely to occur over north Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. HEAVY RAINFALL WARNING: Isolated heavy rain is likely to occur over coastal Karnataka and Kerala during the next 48 hours.
