Prakash jumps to 418

NEW DELHI: Prakash Amritraj has been ranked at 418 as per the latest ATP rankings released on Monday.

The 23-year-old Prakash has 70 ATP points including 48 for winning three back-to-back ITF Futures tournaments. The overall effort, spread over six weeks including three in Uzbekistan, helped the US-based Davis Cupper, who had enjoyed a career-high rank of 220 around the same time in 2004, jump more than 400 places on the list.

Rohan Bopanna is at the top among Indians with an ATP rank of 289, while Karan Rastogi follows at 357 and Harsh Mankad at 393.
