DMA protest tomorrow

NEW DELHI: The Delhi Medical Association has asked its members to close down their medical establishments on Wednesday in protest against “unfair” parking and mixed land use charges being levied by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi. At a meeting here on Monday, the DMA members said payment of these charges would result in escalation of the cost of medical services and have asked private clinics, nursing homes, out patients departments of private hospitals and laboratories not to function on Wednesday. Emergency services will be available.
