Bicycle rally organised

NEW DELHI: A bicycle rally was organised on Sunday from India Gate by the Delhi Cycling Club to create awareness about the health, environmental, social and economic benefits of cycling.

A large number of cycle enthusiasts, students, academicians and environmentalists participated in the rally and cycled for more than 13 km – from India Gate to the Red Fort and back – in the morning.

The cyclists later demanded that the Government build more cycle tracks in the city.
