Meeting on Emergency

NEW DELHI: The People’s Union for Civil Liberties and Janhastakshep are organising a meeting on “Emergency Then and Now” at Gandhi Peace Foundation here today (Tuesday).

A large number of human rights activists, lawyers, journalists and intellectuals who were active during the Emergency declared on June 25, 1975, are expected to attend the meeting.
