Easun Reyrolle acquires division of Canadian firm

CHENNAI: Easun Reyrolle, a power management company, is acquiring the business of the protection relays and power system disturbance recorders (relay and recorder) division of Canada-based Nxtphase T & D Corporation as an ongoing business, including all related assets and liabilities. The company will set up a wholly owned subsidiary, ERLPHASE Power Technologies, which will be responsible for conducting the business being acquired, a release says.
