Action to be taken against officials

Bangalore: Primary and Secondary Education Minister Basavaraj S. Horatti has said that action will be initiated against officials who allowed schools to function in violation of the undertaking given to the Government stating the schools would teach in the Kannada medium.

The Minister said here on Tuesday that a list of erring block education officers and deputy directors of public instruction was being prepared. — Special Correspondent
