Kudos to KSEB workers

Most parts of the district experienced disruption of electricity supply for two to three days following the heavy winds that hit the district on June 23 leaving power lines snapped, mostly by uprooted trees.

It will take another few days to restore electricity in the hilly areas of the district. The power could not have been restored in many parts of the district had it not been for the workers of the Kerala State Electricity Board who took to the task on a war footing.

The workers did their job with a sense of commitment. More important was the fact that the KSEB officials responded to the complaints positively despite huge pressure during the day following calamity.
