Enterprising solution

Staff Reporter

BANGALORE: Will a delegate attending an international conference use public transport? One is not sure. But that is what the organisers of one such conference have recommend to its delegates. The conference on “Enterprise architecture” is beginning on Wednesday at J.N. Tata Auditorium, IISc. campus.

The conference website has this appeal: “Since the … campus can hold only 80 cars and 150 bikes, parking is available on first come first basis. The participants have to make alternative arrangement beyond permitted limits…. We suggest that participants should try car pooling or use public transport to commute to the venue.”

Many may opt for autos or taxies unless some enterprising delegates wish to sweat it out in our crowded buses.
