Clarification

Hyderabad: In response to a report published in these columns, Ariyur V. Ramamurthy clarifies that the library land encroached is situated in plot No. 1/63, Ottha Theru, Ariyur village of Tiruchi district in Tamil Nadu and not in plot 131 A, Teachers Colony, East Marredpally, Secunderabad.

The confusion arose when a letter addressed in Tamil to the district Collector, Tiruchirapalli, through the Ariyur Panchayat president, was re-touted to the Hyderabad Collectorate for ‘necessary action’.
