Civil services aspirant commits suicide

NEW DELHI: A 26-year-old Civil Services aspirant hanged himself at Timarpur here on Tuesday.

In a suicide note, Akhil Pal said he was frustrated at his choice of subjects and should have done a professional course instead. He wrote that he should not have taken up law and mathematics as his subjects and that he considered himself to be a weak person.

Akhil had been staying in a rented accommodation at Timarpur for the past one month.
