12 Nepali girls rescued, three held

Lucknow: Twelve girls from Nepal, who were allegedly being taken to Gulf countries for the flesh trade, have been rescued in Gorakhpur and three suspected pimps arrested.

The police raided a hotel near Gorakhpur railway station and rescued the girls, a report reaching police headquarters here said.

Their visas and passports had already been deposited at Mumbai, the arrested persons told police on interrogation.
