Date extended for registration

Krishnagiri: The last date for employment registration at the District Employment Office has been extended till August 1.

In a statement issued here on Wednesday, Collector Santhosh Babu said that candidates who had failed to renew their employment registration at the Krishnagiri Employment Office from January to December 2006 could renew the same by sending in applications attached with photocopies of their employment registration card to the employment exchange on or before August 1.

However, applications received after August 1 would not be accepted. Similarly applications of candidates who have failed to renew their employment registration before 2006 would not be accepted.

All eligible candidates should attach photocopies of their employment registration card, ration card, mark certificates, community certificates and other credentials with the application form addressed to the District Employment Officer, Krishnagiri. The candidates could send in their applications through post till August 1, he said.
