Applications invited for ITI courses

Krishnagiri: The Hosur Government ITI is offering job-oriented multi-skilled trade courses from the second week of July. A Collectorate statement issued here on Wednesday said that courses such as Mechanic Computer Hardware, Mechanic Megatronics and Composer would be offered from the first year.

The eligibility criterion is a pass in Plus-Two with the allied subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for Mechanic Computer Hardware and Mechanic Megatronics courses.

For composer, knitting and sewing machine operator the eligibility is pass in Standard VIII. The total number of seats available is 42. Applications can be obtained by paying Rs.50 at the Hosur Government ITI. Applications attached with relevant documents must be sent to the Hosur Government ITI on or before July 6, the release said.
