THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The BSNL has announced a scheme to reconnect the disconnected telephones of landline, wireless and mobile subscribers with dues of over two years. Under the scheme, the dues should be paid in lump sum. The BSNL will waive the rent for the intervening period.
