Reservoir levels up

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The water levels of major reservoirs in Kerala have increased. According to the figures for the week ending 25th June, at Idukki the water level increased from 2,299.64 ft. to 2.314.56 ft., at Idamalayar, from 435.66 ft. to 450.49 ft., and at Kallada from 294.29 ft. to 313.98 ft.

When compared with the water levels during the same period last year, Idukki and Idamalayar reservoirs showed an increase of 0.88 ft., and 7.54 ft., respectively. The Kallada reservoir, however, showed a decrease of 18.70 ft.
