Suicide bid

NEW DELHI: A 35-year-old Indo-Tibetan Border Police head constable posted here at the 7 Akbar Road official residence of Member of Parliament Omar Abdullah allegedly shot himself in the shoulder on Wednesday in a bid to commit suicide.
