Young film entrepreneur award
The British Council has invited applications for its International Young Film Entrepreneur of the Year (IYFEY) 2007 award. The award is given to encourage entrepreneurs working in the international film industry and showcase their achievements.
In the first phase, national finalists will be selected from India, Brazil, China, Georgia, Nigeria, Indonesia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Lebanon and Poland. IYFEY national finalists will also have the opportunity to participate in The Times BFI London Film Festival. In the second phase, the ten national finalists will compete for the final award. The winner would receive a cash award of 7,500 pounds.
