KOCHI: Indian triple jumper Renjith Maheswary, who completed a hat-trick of gold medal performances in the Asian Grand Prix on Wednesday, has made a big jump in the world rankings. He is now world No. 28 in the event, climbing 10 rungs from last week’s list. Kerala middle-distance runner Sinimol Pauloseis ranked No. 30 in the women’s 1,500m, while men’s discus thrower Vikas Gowda is in the 33rd spot.
