Jolly Cricketers scores big win

BANGALORE: Prashanth’s unbeaten 73 and Subramanyam’s six-wicket haul helped Jolly Cricketers defeat Jupiter CA by 151 runs in a KSCA Group I, second division league match here recently. Jolly Cricketers scored 303 for six in 55 overs and bowled out Jupiter CA for 152 in 30.2 overs.

The scores: Group I (first division): Social Cricketers 453 in 129.3 overs (Rajashekar Shanbal 125, Chetan Chakravarthy 83 n.o., Mithun Beerala 48, Vijay Karthik 45, K.B. Pawan 43) drew with Malleswaram Gymkhana 95 for two in 19 overs; Swastic Union CC (1) 241 for five decl. in 41 overs (Bharath Chipli 101, Ganesh Satish 69) drew with Vultures CC 100 for two in 23 overs (D. Murari 48); Jawans CC 274 for six decl. in 56 overs (Pawan Gaargi 86, R. Jonathan 55, K.V. Darshan 47) drew with Jawahar SC (1) 68 in 22.4 overs.

Group I (second division): Jolly Cricketers 303 for six in 55 overs (Prashanth 73 n.o., Pavan Deshpade 66, R.
