Eli Lilly sells antibiotic brand to Pharmalink

CHENNAI: Eli Lilly and Company [India] Pvt. Ltd. on Friday announced the divestiture of its premier antibiotic brand, Distaclor (Cefaclor) to Pharmalink, a subsidiary of the Quintiles International, effective July 1, for an undisclosed sum. Pharmalink is a global player in contract research and sales, according to a release.
