Sangareddy: The CPI(M) mandal and town committee arranged three protest marches from Ismailkhanpet, Sadasivanagar, Hanmangadda, Kandi, Fasalwadi, Pothyreddypalli to the Mandal Revenue Office (MRO) here on Friday. Hundreds of activists, particularly women, participated in the march. At the MRO office, they raised slogans against the Government and demanded distribution of vacant Government land. Addressing the cadre, party Medak committee secretary Chukka Ramulu said that the Bhoo Poratam would continue till all the landless labour gets their share of land. He wanted the Government to explain how it is planning to construct 60 lakh houses within two years of its tenure. Later, they submitted a memorandum to the Mandal Revenue Officer.
