ISLAMABAD: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Indian Council of Cultural Relations and the Pakistan National Council of Arts to institutionalise exchanges was one among several proposals discussed on the second day of talks between the delegations of both countries. The two-day talks on “promotion of friendly exchanges” in the fourth round of the India-Pakistan composite dialogue process ended on Friday. Officials associated with the talks said the two sides discussed co-operation in the field of education, with India inviting the Pakistan Higher Education Commission to India to explore possibilities in this sector.
