Criminal arrested after encounter

NEW DELHI: A 31-year-old criminal carrying a reward of Rs.10,000 on his head was arrested following an encounter with the Special Cell of the Delhi police at Paharganj here over the weekend.

The police claim to have seized a country-made firearm from him.
