Strike in RRBs deferred

HYDERABAD: The Andhra Pradesh Rural Bank Employees Association has deferred the two-day strike to commence on Friday following the intervention of the Chief Labour Commissioner, New Delhi. S. Venkateswar Reddy, general secretary, said in a press release that during discussions in Delhi on Thursday the official had promised to take up the demands of RRBs with the Government and settle them in a month.
