Man run over by train

Thiruvananthapuram: A 46-year-old man who was knocked down by a train at Madhavapuram, near Veli, on Saturday night succumbed to his injuries while being taken to Government Medical College Hospital. Hospital sources said the deceased was identified as Vijayakumar, of Puthuvel Puthenveedu, Bala Nagar. The body had been shifted to the mortuary of the hospital. — Staff Reporter
