Railway enquiries suspended till July 5

New Delhi: Railway enquiries will not be available on telephone or touch screens at Northern Railway stations from midnight till July 5 as the train timings are being updated. The train timings would not be available on inter-voice response system (IVRS), national train enquiry system (NTES) and touch screen system from midnight June 30 to July 5, an NR official said on Saturday. The step has been taken to update the timings as per the new time-table effective from July 1, he said.

Arrival and departure enquiries would be available as soon as the work was completed, he added.
