Quota for all Muslims sought

KADAPA: The Government should extend backward class reservations to Syeds, Moghuls and Pathans among Muslims, Awaaz leaders have demanded.
Reservations should be extended to all the Muslims without dividing them as castes and economic backwardness should be considered for the purpose if necessary, Kulavikaksha Vyatireka Porata Sangham (KVPS) district vice-president Mastan Vali said at a district-level meeting of Awaaz.
Teacher posts
He sought filling of vacant Urdu teacher posts and giving up of the move to shift Urdu schools which had dismal student strength.
The Government should identify and resume Wakf lands in possession of others, Awaaz district general secretary S. Magbool Basha said.
