Stalin reviews progress of works

CHENNAI: Local Administration Minister M.K. Stalin on Monday reviewed the progress of works for the year 2006-07 and proposals for 2007-08 in departments under his control, including that of local bodies and water supply. Mr. Stalin had made a series of announcements in the Assembly and the aim of the meeting was to ascertain the progress of works in each department, a press note said. — Special Correspondent
