Shimla: Two persons were killed and 10 others injured in separate accidents in the district on Tuesday, police said. A car rolled down a gorge from the Cart Road under Sadar police station in the city, killing the driver, police said and added he was the lone occupant. In another mishap, one person was killed and 10 others injured when an SUV skidded off the road and fell into a 50-metre deep gorge near Khanauri village under Rampur village. The vehicle was on its way to Recong Peo from Rampur, the police said. The injured were admitted to the Government Hospital in Rampur.
