Disgruntled viewers

The viewers of ‘Discovery Travel and Living’ channel in the city are a frustrated lot, of late.

The channel, along with its flagship channel ‘Discovery’ and a host of others, including ‘Ten Sports’ ‘Animal Planet’ and ‘MTV’, have been off the air without a hint for nearly two weeks now.

The channels coming under Sony-Discovery’s ‘The One Alliance’ bouquet are reportedly embroiled in a legal battle with Asianet, the service provider, with no relief in sight for the viewers in the near future

Avid viewers of ‘Travel and Living’ channel are sorely missing Anthony Bourdain, Samantha Brown and Kevin Brauch – the channel’s popular anchors.
