BANGALORE: The Karnataka High Court on Tuesday transferred several judicial officers belonging to the cadre of District Judges, including the presiding officer of the Special Court trying the multi-crore fake stamp paper racket involving Abdul Kareem Lala alias Telgi. Vishwanath Virupax Angadi, the 35th Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge and also the Special Judge trying the fake stamp paper case, has been transferred as Registrar (Vigilance), High Court. The 24th Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bangalore, C.G. Hunagund, has been appointed Special Judge of the Sessions Court in place of Mr. Angadi.K.N. Keshavanarayana, Principal City, Civil and Sessions Judge, Bangalore, has been appointed Director of Bangalore Mediation Centre. K. Govindarajalu, Presiding Officer of Industrial Tribunal, Bangalore, has been transferred as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Bangalore Rural District. Principal District and Sessions Judge, Bangalore Rural District, Bangalore, H.S. Kempanna has been transferred as Principal City, Civil and Sessions Judge, Bangalore.
