Faculty improvement programme held

Kakinada: The avenues for research for postgraduates are more in the United States as along with scholarship employment could be secured, according to P. Vivekananda, professor of Georgia State University. Participating as chief guest in the faculty improvement programme on “A study of higher education in US” organised by the Ideal college here on Wednesday, he said the US Government was providing more funds for research activities and one could earn while learning and Indians were shining in all fields there. P Chiranjivini Kumary, college correspondent, presided.

Degree college principal T Nagireddy, T Satyanarayana, G Visweswerarao. K S Kameswerarao and Chinthapalli Subbarao spoke.
