Rastogi moves up in doubles

NEW DELHI: Top seeds, Karan Rastogi and Jacob Melskens of Denmark, moved into the doubles semifinals with a 6-3, 7-6(4) victory over Philippe De Bonnevie and Bastien Lobbrecht of France in the ITF men’s Futures tennis tournament at Rabat, Morocco.

In the ITF women’s Challenger at Nagoya, Japan, qualifier Tara Iyer lost 6-4, 4-6, 2-6 to Tomoko Yonemura of Japan.
