Bhoruka Power acquires SLS

BANGALORE: Bhoruka Power Corporation, part of the Bangalore-headquartered Bhoruka Group, has acquired SLS Power Industries of Bangalore for Rs. 80 crore in a cash deal. “This acquisition will augment our presence in the ‘clean power’ sector and help us reach a revenue target of Rs. 200 crore by 2009,” Bhoruka Group’s Chairman, S. N. Agarwal, told reporters here on Thursday.
