Pratibha Patil to address UPA allies in State today

HYDERABAD: Pratibha Patil, presidential candidate of United Progressive Alliance (UPA) will be addressing a joint meeting of MLAs and MPs of the Congress, TRS and Left allies at Jubilee Hall here at 3 p.m. on July 6 to seek support to her nomination.

Efforts are on to convince the members of the MIM Legislative Party to attend the meeting. AICC general secretary Digvijay Singh is expected to meet TRS president K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Friday.
