Cuisine conference

PANAJI: An international cuisine conference “United We Eat” to be organised from September 2 to 5 here will focus on the challenges facing traditional Goan cuisine in the face of invasion of junk food culture in Goa.

TV show host and author of cookbooks Sanjeev Kapoor will inaugurate the conference. Veteran food and nutrition expert Padmashree Thangam Philip, Tarla Dalal and Mrunalini Devi, Chancellor, Maharaja Sayyajirao University of Baroda, will be the guests of honour.
