Sasaram: A retired teacher was on Friday shot dead by a gang which looted Rs 1.10 lakh from his possession as he emerged from a bank in Bihar’s Rohtas district, police sources said. Shiv Prasad Choudhary was coming out from the Kochas branch of State Bank of India when he was accosted by three motorcycle-borne men who sprayed bullets at him. As the elderly man slumped on the ground, the men took away the cash.
